Skin that finally settled.

Hard water is high in dissolved calcium and magnesium. These minerals bind to your skin's natural lipids and to soap, leaving a fine film that raises surface pH and weakens the barrier — which shows up as tightness, roughness, and easily irritated skin.
Yes. Even soft water strips some barrier lipids with every wash. The ceramide, B5, and niacinamide actives rebuild and reinforce the barrier regardless of your water hardness — the chelating step simply does less work.
Regular cleansers are formulated to remove oil, dirt and impurities. FreshńDew™ also addresses the mineral residue left behind when cleansing with hard water, using chelating ingredients designed to bind calcium and magnesium ions so they can rinse away more effectively.
Our formulas are fragrance-free and sulphate-free. FreshńDew™ Hard Water Defence™ Face Cleanser has been dermatologically tested for skin irritation under IS 4011:2018 and was found to be non-irritant.
