-All products listed are cosmetic and personal care products intended for external use only.

3. Pricing & Availability

-All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.

-Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

-We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

-We currently accept prepaid online payments only through the payment methods available at checkout.

-An order will be confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and confirmation.

-If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. You may try again using the same or an alternative payment method.

-FreshńDew™ reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, product unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, any amount received will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

-Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

-Estimated delivery timelines are 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on location.

-Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or regional constraints.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

-Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable.

-Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of:

~Damaged or leaked products

~Incorrect items delivered

~Missing items

-Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

-For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer only.
